What sets you aside from other private investigation firms?

We care. It is truly difficult to put it any other way— we care about our clients and the situations they are facing. We want to see the attorneys we work with do well in court and win cases for their clients. We want individuals to find the peace they deserve, and local business owners to make smart, informed decisions when it comes to their livelihood. Our staff takes the time to get to know you and understand why you are reaching out, and what results you hope to accomplish. We are in the business of building relationships, and do so with each of our clients.

How can a private investigator benefit my case?

Being licensed private investigators, our firm has access to databases that unlicensed parties do not have access to. This means we can pull updated, verified, and sorted intelligence that the general public cannot. We also have trained staff members that are experienced in researching and obtaining documentation. We obtain factual information and present it in an organized fashion. We are court ready if called upon to testify. If you are unsure if a private investigator can help your case, give us a call at 574-288-5911. We offer a complimentary phone consultation to learn your needs. We will only take your case if we know we can assist you.

What is the importance of choosing a licensed investigator?

It is important to choose an investigation firm that is licensed. If you do not use a licensed investigator, the money spent on the work done and information collected may not be admissible in court. If a person or company is not licensed their surveillance and investigative work may be viewed as nothing more than “stalking.”

Licensing also gives investigative firms access to databases like the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), county and state criminal records, and confidential information that an unlicensed investigator does not have.

We are currently licensed in the states of Indiana (#PI20700267) and Michigan (#3701206032).

When are you available to work on my case? What hours will the investigators be available?

Our investigators are available 24/7.

What is a typical turnaround time for a case?

What does it cost to hire a private investigator?

Pricing will depend on the nature of the case. We typically bill at an hourly rate plus expenses, and a retainer fee is required. To speak with a specialized staff member about your situation, give our office a call at 574-288-5911 to learn how we can help.

Do you guarantee your work?

We will always guarantee the quality of our work. However, we cannot always guarantee the results produced will provide the information desired. We work closely with our clients and keep them updated throughout the investigation process.
