How is your firm different from other investigation companies?

We care. It is truly difficult to put it any other way— we care about you and the troubles you are facing. We want you to find the peace you deserve, and equip you with the information you need to make the best decision to move forward from your current situation. Our staff takes the time to get to know you and understand what results you hope to accomplish. We are in the profession of building relationships, and do so with each of our clients.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, our office is licensed and insured in the states of Indiana and Michigan. We are also members of various professional private investigation associations. We have continuous governmental and professional oversight to ensure our firm is adhering to the ethical standards set forth by our codes.

Can you provide references?

Absolutely, although many of our cases are confidential, we have clients that shared their stories. Please review our testimonials.

Will everything remain confidential?

Yes. The company as a whole respects the confidentiality of our clients and will not release any information that is obtained through our investigative work unless we have prior authorization from our client. Our staff is held to the highest ethical standards, and has proven their loyalty and dedication through many years of employment. The individual being investigated online will not be notified in any way of our online intelligence research gathering. Our field investigators will not be privy to our client’s information, and will only be provided what they need to know about the individual being investigated so they can effectively do their job. With that said, each of our employees sign confidentiality agreements upon the initiation of their employment. They respect and understand their role in the investigations conducted.

Can your agency work with my attorney?

Yes, we are happy to work with your attorney; this is something we do often.

How will we contact each other during the investigation? How will I be updated on my case?

This is something we will discuss and agree upon during the initial intake meeting. We understand each client’s circumstances are different and we are sensitive to that. Don’t worry; we will create a plan that will suit your needs.

Do you have male and female investigators?

Yes. To most effectively serve our clients’ needs we have a gender and ethnically diverse team to fit into any situation. As an example, a female would not be able to enter some places such as a male locker room, and vice versa.

What services does your firm provide for GPS tracking?

The units that we utilize are the most up-to-date trackers on the market. They provide live tracking, with real-time feedback. We generate reports based on the locations of the individual being tracked and where they travel. The GPS trackers can be used on their own or in connection with mobile surveillance. There are legal limitations related to the placement of GPS devices. To learn more about whether a GPS tracker can benefit your case, call our office at 574-288-5911.

How much does an investigation typically cost?

It depends on the case. Each case is unique and is treated as such. Once we have established the parameters of the investigation, we will determine an estimated cost and discuss a budget. We bill at an hourly rate and always take an aggressive approach to cost control for our clients.

How can a private investigator benefit my case?

Being licensed private investigators, our firm has access to databases that unlicensed parties do not have. We pull updated, verified, and sorted intelligence that the general public cannot. We also have trained staff members that are experienced in researching and obtaining documentation. We obtain factual information and present it to you in an organized fashion. We are court ready if called upon to testify. If you are unsure if a private investigator can help your case, give us a call at 574-288-5911. We offer a complimentary phone consultation to learn your needs. We will only take your case if we know we can assist you.

When are you available to work on my case? What hours will the investigators be available?

Our investigators are available to work on a 24/7 basis.

We have done our best to answer frequently asked questions people usually have, but if there is something we didn’t answer, please contact our office direct at 574-288-5911.
