How Investigations Work

START COMMUNICATION:

  • Send Communication via CONTACT US tab on Integrity website: https://integrityinvestigationsinc.com/contact/
  • Call offices at: (574) 288-5911. Listen to the menu. Push the appropriate number for Client Representative, New Cases, or for an Investigator on Call.
    *If we do not answer, please leave a message for the Client Representative.
  • Integrity provides up to a 30 minute No Charge Consultation.
  • Representative verifies Case can be assigned due to Need, Availability, and Legal Purpose.
  • Representative sends the link for the Integrity Add A Case to the client’s email.

CLIENT INPUTS DETAILS:

  • Addresses; Pics; Vids; Legal Documents uploaded by client or client’s legal representative.

  • Integrity Representative can speak to client & client’s legal representative to go over any additional concerns, questions and concerns.
  • Retainer is Generated by Integrity Representative.
  • Once the retainer is paid, your Integrity Representative will schedule your Case, Surveillance, GPS Install, etc.
  • Case is assigned to Investigator(s).

CASE IS WORKED

  • Evidence, Details, Interviews, Reports, Video, Photos, etc are uploaded for the case.
  • Representative communicates details to the Client, and or Attorney.
  • Changes & Modifications to Case if necessary.
  • Evidence, Details, Interviews, Reports, Video, Photos, etc are uploaded for the case.
  • Representative communicates details to the Client, and or Attorney.
  • Evidence, Details, Interviews, Reports, Video, Photos, etc are uploaded for the case. *IF needed.
  • Finish Case.

 REPORT

  • Speak to Client’s Legal Representative.
  • Write Report.
  • Edit Video/Edit Photos.
  • Collect any balance due.
  • Issue upload report; evidence; video; photos; other reports.
  • Refund any unused Retainer.
